Raju Punjabi, a popular singer, died on Thursday in Hisar, Haryana. He was 40. He is well known in his own tongue for songs like “Desi Desi,” “Aacha Laga Se,” and “Tu Cheez Lajawab.” He just launched his new single “Aapse Milke Yaara Humko Accha Laga Tha” a few days ago.
According to sources Raju remained in the hospital for over 10 days, but the nature of his ailment remains unknown. His condition is to have deteriorated and he has been placed on ventilator support. The musician apparently showed indications of improvement and was discharged, but his condition worsened and he was brought back to the hospital.

Raju Punjabi was known in Punjab and Rajasthan, and he even worked with Bigg Boss 11star Sapna Choudhary. Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar paid respect to Raju Punjabi on X. He stated that the singer’s death is an “irreparable loss” to the Haryana Music Industry

According to sources, the singer’s remains would be carried to his native hamlet of Rawatsar Kheda for last rituals. He was now residing in Azadnagar, Hisar. Following the revelation of his death, his relatives and fans began to arrive in Hisar.
